Financial Sense

If you charter, or are thinking about chartering or buying a yacht, or if you already own a yacht, the SeaChange partial ownership offer may make more financial sense. As a result of their uniqueness, the resale value of this type of yacht often exceeds the purchase price. And if you decide not to use your full occupancy entitlement, the charter rate on the yacht may provide you with an annual return on your investment.

No Owner's Guilt

Depending on the size of your ownership interest, we offer you the possibility to spend an aggregate of one month or 14 days per year at sea. However, if you do not plan to use your full annual occupancy entitlement, we would be pleased to charter out your unoccupied days and pass on to you the full charter revenue minus a charter commission for our best efforts.

Pricing Integrity

If you choose to leave the partial ownership program for whatever reason, we will make best efforts to resell your share.

We guarantee pricing integrity by using independent brokers who will assess the yacht's fair market value at the time of resale.
