A striking white hull and superstructure built by Perini Navi and designed by Ron Holland combine with a contemporary Christian Liaigre interior to make Rosehearty an exceptionally elegant sailing yacht. Large deck space includes a side swimming platform, two separate seating areas and a custom cockpit layout with a Jacuzzi and dining for 12 guests. On the main deck, a fully-shaded aft deck dining and lounge area with a 60 inch television leads into the spacious main saloon. Interiors are sophisticated and modern with white linen, pale oak and Hermes leather. Six lower deck cabins include a full-beam master suite and two equal VIPs with Queen size beds. Additionally there are 2 cabins with both a double bed and single bed and pullman in each for exceptional flexibility accommodating guest groups. There is wireless internet throughout the yacht. Luxury sailing charter yacht Rosehearty is maintained in exceptional condition with an enthusiastic and dedicated crew and the ultimate tender, a 45 foot Wally Chase boat "Annalu"! (Subject to Availability) Rosehearty spent Winter 2013/14 at Perini Navi's shipyard in Viareggio, Italy performing a refit for a new and enthusiastic owner - Over 2M+Euro in maintenance and upgrades - including upgrading Entertainment, Wi-Fi, Networking, Computers and Communications systems; Converting one of the tender bay lockers to accommodate 2 new Jet Skis! New sails and running rigging, New awnings and Covers, Umbrella, Sunbeds and BBQ on the aft deck. New linens. The Passarelle has been converted to allow another easy water access for swimming. All this in addition to engineering maintenance, painting, and upgrading of Navigation equipment. And Rosehearty can now boast that she is the only Perini Navi with 7 Staterooms! Her Main Deck office has been cleverly converted to a stunning main deck cabin!
