Our in house maritime law team negotiates building contracts to protect our clients from any liabilities. We communicate efficiently with the architect, interior and exterior designers and project managers to ensure the bigger picture is always maintained to your desires. REFITTING

From the smallest upgrade to larger skeleton refits, we aim to minimize your yacht downtime as we work closely with you and your captain. Your assigned B&Y agent will collaborate with the designers, engineers, contractors and project managers to accurately negotiate and monitor every stage of the refit. We aim to maintain the up-to-date standard of our yachts, therefore constantly advising on certain upgrades that would elevate your precious asset to the next level. Ensuring that we keep the project within the intended time frame and budget of your preference, your B&Y team member will be in constantly available to you.
